What is processed when you visit
The public color tools require no account and do not save your selected garment color or skin tone in a personal profile. The web server processes technically necessary information such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser identifier and security events to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
Photo and selfie color sampling
Selected images are read and processed only inside your browser on a canvas surface. The image is not uploaded to or stored by Stylematch. When generating a palette, only the HEX values you sampled for clothing, or for skin, eyes and hair, are sent to the server as URL parameters; those values may therefore appear in ordinary server security logs.
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected topic, message and consent confirmation so we can answer your enquiry. The message is delivered through the configured email service to our mailbox and is not separately stored in the Stylematch database; the email provider may retain it under its own policy. IP address, time and security events may be processed temporarily to limit abuse and protect the form.
Cookies and preferences
A language preference may be retained for up to one year. Security and anti-forgery cookies protect forms. The administration cookie only concerns authorized editors. Details and the current advertising status are listed in our cookie policy.
Advertising, consent and affiliate links
Advertising is enabled only after a certified consent management platform is configured. Depending on your choice, advertising partners may process device identifiers, cookies and usage information. An affiliate link carries an attribution marker for the merchant; the merchant processes the subsequent visit under its own policy.
Legal bases, recipients and retention
Technical delivery and security rely on legitimate interests; optional advertising or analytics rely on consent where enabled. Hosting and infrastructure suppliers process data only for delivery and security. Logs are retained according to security and hosting configuration only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
